Terms of Service

Last updated: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Tryssh application and the hosted Tryssh service operated by Definable ("we", "us"). By using Tryssh you agree to them.

The app

The Tryssh application is provided as-is. You may also run it with your own model API key, in which case the hosted-service sections below don't apply.

Your responsibility

Tryssh connects to servers you configure and can execute commands you or the agent initiate. You are responsible for the servers you connect to, the credentials you use, and the commands you approve. Only connect to systems you are authorized to access. Review agent-proposed commands before approving them.

Hosted service & credits

Acceptable use

Don't use Tryssh to access systems without authorization, to violate laws, or to disrupt other people's infrastructure. The agent is a tool; what you point it at is on you.

Disclaimer & liability

Tryssh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Definable is not liable for damages arising from use of the app or service, including data loss or damage caused by commands executed on your servers.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
